Ingredients you'll need...

1 cup oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder & 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup melted coconut oil & 1/4 cup milk (any kind!)
1 tsp vanilla extract & 1 cup diced apples

How to make Apple Oat Muffins...

  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 180°C, line muffin tin.
  2. Mix: Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another. Merge together.
  3. Apple Time: Gently fold in diced apples.
  4. Bake: Fill tins 3/4 full, bake for 18-20 mins.
